Founded by Coach Flavio Oliveira, KSC Academy is built on the spirit of Shokunin Katagi — the craftsman’s mindset. This philosophy values patience over shortcuts, understanding over imitation, and daily refinement over quick results. It is the belief that mastery is not rushed but earned through dedication to the process. Flavio began his Jiu Jitsu journey in 2011 in São Paulo, Brazil, where he developed a deep respect for the art, its traditions, and its discipline. In 2015, he moved to London with a clear purpose: to create an academy where people could grow through structured training, mutual respect, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
